Moments, not chunks
The whole video is transcribed, then read end to end, so each clip is a stretch that makes sense on its own instead of a slice taken every two minutes.
Vertical without losing the shot
16:9 to 9:16 throws away two thirds of the width. We keep the part that carries the clip, and where there is a facecam and a second picture we keep both.
Captions burned in
Word by word, timed to your voice, so the clip still works in a muted feed. A video with no speech gets none rather than empty boxes.

Give a clip a title and it goes to your own channel as a Short, private, unlisted or public. Nothing posts unless you press the button.
Works best on video where somebody is talking: commentary, gameplay, tutorials, podcasts, vlogs. A video with no speech in it has no moments to find.

Your facecam survives the crop
A gameplay frame is two pictures at once: you in a corner, the game filling the rest. Crop that to the middle for vertical and you lose one of them, usually your face. Every clipper that reframes by following the speaker was built for a single talking head on a plain wall.
We stack them instead. Your facecam is lifted out of its corner and enlarged across the top. The gameplay sits underneath at full width with nothing trimmed. A viewer sees your reaction and the thing that caused it in the same shot.
